Chipotle plans another restaurant in Manatee County. Here’s where it will go
A popular fast-casual restaurant has expansion plans in Manatee County.
Recent paperwork filed with Manatee County Development Services shows a Chipotle Mexican Grill is planned for the commercial development near the Seaire community off Moccasin Wallow Road in Parrish.
There are four Chipotle restaurants in Manatee County. The restaurant chain is known for its build-your-own burritos, burrito bowls and chips and salsa.
According to building records, a 2,450-square-foot Chipotle with a drive-thru was proposed for construction beginning in January 2026 with an estimated completion date of August 2026.
It would get built on Parrish Bay Drive and Gulf Haven Drive, two roads to be built as part of the planned commercial development, according to property records.
The nearby Seaire community is a neighborhood built around a large planned man-made lagoon.
According to Metro, Seaire’s developer, other businesses planned for the commercial space include Texas Roadhouse, Glory Days, Wendy’s, Aldi, Autozone and Circle K.
