Tampa police released additional footage of an individual who was seen walking on a street very close to the first homicide around the time that Benjamin Mitchell was shot on Monday, Oct. 9, 2017, in the Seminole Heights neighborhood in Tampa. Police said they person is not a suspect in three recent homicides in the area, but investigators believe this person saw or heard something that could help them solve the killings.
