Crestview police are looking for a man who defecated near a Main Street business.

When a man defecated in front of a Crestview business, he earned a pretty gross nickname: “Crapperman.”

A man, who now has a warrant out for his arrest, was caught on surveillance footage defecating in front of a Crestview Main Street business Tuesday morning, according to a Facebook post from the Crestview Police Department.

It was discovered when an employee nearly stepped in the mess while walking to her car. When police reviewed security footage, they saw a shirtless, bearded man “clearly seen dropping his britches and doing his business.”

The store’s owner, who also posted about the incident on his personal Facebook page, gave the man his “Crapperman” nickname and shared the security footage.

“Incidents like these have a negative effect on the quality of life in our community,” Police Chief Tony Taylor said in the post. “It’s just downright shameful when people don’t give a crap about their town. It really stinks.”

Police are still looking for the man responsible.
