Dead body in Bradenton investigated as a homicide
The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a dead body found early Wednesday as a homicide.
The body of a male was found about 6 a.m. at 58th Avenue East and 21st Street East, Bradenton.
“There is trauma to the body and the case is being treated as a homicide,” the sheriff’s office said in a news release.
The sheriff’s office announced Wednesday night detectives have identified the victim, but will not release the name until next of kin is notified.
