Live updates: High school football scores for Bradenton, Manatee County teams in Week 10

With two weeks left in the high school football regular season, it’s crunch time for Manatee County teams looking to make the playoffs.

Three games feature all-county matchups, with Palmetto traveling across the Manatee River to face rival Manatee for a district championship. The winner is guaranteed one home playoff game.

Braden River heads to Southeast, while Lakewood Ranch heads west to Bayshore. For Braden River, the Pirates can set up a district title game next week with a win over the Seminoles. Lakewood Ranch is aiming to keep pace for an at-large playoff berth in facing the Bruins.

The winner of the Week 9 player of the week poll was Out-of-Door Academy senior Griffin Derusso.

  • Out-of-Door Academy vs. Vero Beach St. Edward’s

  • IMG Academy National vs. Middletown (Delaware)
  • IMG Academy White at Venice
  • Saint Stephen’s 42, Lakeland Santa Fe Catholic 27 (Thursday)

  • Fort Myers Gateway Charter 33, Bradenton Christian 14 (Thursday)

  • Brooksville Nature Coast Tech 35, IMG Academy Blue 16 (Thursday)
