The Fantasy 5 ticket was sold at the Publix Super Market in Orlando at 3400 Avalon Park E. Blvd, according to the Florida Lottery.

The ticket won the top prize in the June 8 evening drawing of $131,515.02 by matching all five numbers drawn from the pool of 36 numbers.
