Freddy’s fan favorite returns to menu with new steakburger. Here’s what to know
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is bringing a new burger to its menu, along with a returning favorite.
Customers can get their first bites of the new BBQ brisket steakburger starting Wednesday, April 30, at participating Freddy’s restaurants nationwide, the Kansas-based burger chain said.
The limited-time offering is made with two Freddy’s steakburger patties topped with sliced brisket, American cheese, pickles and onion, according to a restaurant news release.
It’s then finished with barbecue sauce and served on a Kings Hawaiian bun.
Pricing information wasn’t immediately available.
“Whether you’re a longtime FredHead, a BBQ lover, or visiting us for the first time, this burger is a must-try!” Erin Walter, chief marketing officer for Freddy’s, said in the release.
Freddy’s key lime concrete is also “back by popular demand” for those in search of something sweet.
The hand-spun treat features vanilla frozen custard blended with a slice of key lime pie and topped with cinnamon streusel and whipped cream, the restaurant said.
The BBQ brisket steakburger will be available in-store, online and at the drive-thru until Aug. 26, while the key lime concrete will stick around through July 8.
