A gas station worker was arrested after being accused of beating a man over nacho cheese, Nevada officials said.

On Sept. 3, Las Vegas police found a man bleeding from his head, nose and ears in a gas station parking lot, police told KLAS.

Myron Bullie, the Arco gas station worker, told police the man had come into the store and was taking “too much nacho cheese” from the machine, which the man is said to have broken, police told KVVU.

After Bullie told the man, later identified as Isaiah Taylor, to leave the store, he did before eventually returning, police told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. When he returned, Bullie told him the store was closed, but the man insisted on getting the cheese.

Eventually, Bullie hit Taylor with a bat in the head and gut, police told the outlet.

Taylor had two brain bleeds, skull fractures, blood in his ear canals and air in his brain, police told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. His injuries are considered life-threatening.

When officers asked Bullie if he had hit the victim hard, he said, “If it was hard, his head would’ve been smashed on the (expletive) floor and he would’ve been dead,” KLAS reported.

Bullie is facing attempted murder and assault charges, WVVU reported.

He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 23, officials told KLAS.
