Two Powerball players hit $1 million jackpots. Where were the lucky tickets sold?
Two Powerball tickets won $1 million each and narrowly missed the $116 million jackpot, lottery officials say.
The tickets matched five winning numbers but not the Powerball in the drawing Saturday, June 29, according to the national Powerball site.
The $1 million tickets were sold in Indiana and New Jersey.
Nobody won the grand prize, which rises to an estimated $125 million, with a cash value of $59.6 million, for the next drawing Monday, July 1, the site said.
The winning numbers were 26, 51, 54, 61 and 69, with a Powerball of 25.
Nearly 500,000 other tickets won prizes from $4 to $150,000 in the drawing.
