Crash on Interstate 75 in Manatee County backs up traffic in Bradenton, Sarasota area
A crash shut down southbound lanes on Interstate 75 in Manatee County on Friday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol website.
The crash happened around 7:56 a.m. near mile marker 215 on I-75 south in Bradenton, the website showed.
A SmartTraffic camera near the crash site shows what looks to be a crash between two to three vehicles and roadside clean-up crews on the scene.
Two southbound lane remains open to travelers heading south toward Sarasota.
Troopers have not said what caused the crash.
