‘Ultra-luxury’ Longboat Key mansion on sale for record $26 million. Take a look inside
A record-setting house is for sale in Manatee County.
At $25.95 million, it’s the most expensive listing ever on Longboat Key, according to a news release. The waterfront property covers more than an acre of land with 9,243 square feet of living space. There are six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
“This ultra-luxury estate ... offers an exquisite blend of opulence, comfort, and breathtaking waterfront views,” the news release said.
The mansion, located at 612 Juan Anasco Drive in the Sleepy Lagoon Park neighborhood, is a two-story, single-family home built in 2024.
The estate is surrounded by water on three sides, with waterfront views of Whitney Bayou and Harris Canal. According to a press release, it has the equivalent of two-and-a-half football fields of water frontage.
Other amenities include four boat lifts, a heated pool, a hot tub, two outdoor kitchens, a custom fire pit and a balcony.
The mansion also features a nine-car garage and a driveway that can fit more than 20 vehicles.
Inside, the furnished home has an open floor plan with a theater room, elevators, a golf simulator, a gym, a sauna and offices. It is also a smart home with a “state-of-the-art” security system, a press release said.
