Neal Communities sees slight increase in month-over-month home sales

Neal Communities sold 10 more homes in June than in May this year.

“Last month was a trying time with the Brexit shock and the uncertainty surrounding its effect on the U.S. economy,” Michael Storey, president of Neal Communities said in a release. “Thankfully, the national hiring boost and up-trending markets helped calm those fears. We also saw that encouragement through our June home sales – thanks to our hard-working sales associates and management team who make it their mission to provide the best home buying experience possible.”

The 99 sales in June were across Neal Communities’ north, south and Neal Signature Homes divisions, with the north division leading the pack with 71 home sales. The south division had 23 sales and Neal Signature Homes saw five.

The most sales occurred in Parrish community Silverleaf, Venice community Grand Palm and Englewood community Boca Royale Golf and Country Club.
