Peek inside Bradenton’s hot housing market at 76 properties on 2022 Parade of Homes tour
The 2022 Parade of Homes is underway featuring 76 models and four communities or developments throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties.
This year’s parade, coming at a time of unprecedented demand for housing and record-setting prices, runs through March 13.
Homes on this year’s parade, planned and coordinated by the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association, are identified by location, builder, price range, community, type and custom entries at http://www.paradeofhomesinfo.com/.
Information is also available in a tour of homes magazine available at any model on the tour, at local Furniture Warehouse stores and at Manatee-Sarasota BIA Office, 6650 Professional Parkway W. Suite 102, Lakewood Ranch.
Although the median price of existing single-family homes approached a record $500,000 in January, there are new homes listed on the tour in the $250,000-$349,000 price range, and higher.
Neighborhoods listed as having models on the tour are The Lake Club, Windward, Esplanade at Azario, Aqua and the Islands in the Manatee River. Master-planned communities listed are Lakewood Ranch and North River Ranch.
“The new home market in Manatee and Sarasota is in high demand, with a record number of sales in the last year. 2022 is already shaping up to follow that trend to meet the needs from buyers all over the country.
