Waterfront estate in Parrish sets a sales price record
A 5,000-square-foot, waterfront estate in Parrish has sold for $2.125 million, making it the highest-priced single-family home sale in the history of Parrish and the 34219 zip code.
Located at 11805 Rive Isle Run, the property sits on three-quarters of an acre of waterfront on the Manatee River. Jason Skowronski of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Sarasota Downtown office had the listing.
The selling agent was Louis Peters of Veterans 1st Choice RE Group.
“I’m happy to be the listing agent attached to the highest single-family home sale in the zip code, and I hope to break this record again. I think it’s just further proof that our interest in Manatee County is expanding and growing,” Skowronski said.
Located in River Wilderness, the home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two media/game rooms and an office. High-end finishes, volume ceilings, and expert wood craftsmanship accentuate the beauty of the home and its surroundings.
Waterfront amenities include a deep-water dock with two slips, a 20,000-pound boat lift and access to Tampa Bay. Fort Hamer Park and the Manatee County rowing center is located just to the east.
River Wilderness, a 1,400-acre residential development, was the first community built along Old Tampa Road.
The River Wilderness Golf and Country Club opened in 1984, and the first homes in River Wilderness were completed a year later.
Parrish and the North River area have become one of Manatee County’s hottest growth areas. An estimated 25,000 new homes have already been approved for construction or are awaiting approvals.
Parrish now connects directly with Manatee County’s largest master-planned community, Lakewood Ranch, via Fort Hamer Road, the Fort Hamer Bridge and Upper Manatee River Road.
