Property sold for $2.7M; apartments on way

Park 30 Partners LLC, a residential real estate firm based in Tampa, purchased 38.5 acres at 33rd Street E. and 55th Drive E. in Bradenton for $2.7 million.

The firm plans to build 216 apartments on the property, which is located 1 1/2 blocks from the southeast corner of State Road 70 and U.S. 301. The property recently was rezoned to accomodate the apartments.
