Ridgewood Plaza in Ellenton sells for $3.85 million
A shopping center home to Ace Hardware, Quest Diagnostics, Dollar General, Ellenton Cafe and a host of others sold in early August, according to Manatee County property records. Ridgewood Plaza is just southeast of the Ellenton Premium Outlets and is neighbor to a Bank of America Financial Center, Wells Fargo Bank and a U.S. Post Office.
On Aug. 1, The Ackerman Family Limited Partnership sold to RH Property Holdings LLC for $3.85 million, according to property records. The Ackerman Partnership, a Sarasota-based limited liability limited partnership, bought the 47,100 square-foot shopping center, built on 6 acres, in December 1998 for $1.95 million. Ridgewood Plaza was built in 1985 and has 15,300 square feet of usable business area.
Representatives for the Ackerman Partnership could not be reached for comment.
RH Property Holdings LLC is a limited liability company with a principal address in Belle Mead, N.J. Representatives for RH Property Holdings could not be reached for comment.
