Names and faces in Manatee and Sarasota
Nicole Brooks is the new vice president of sales north region, Tashara Cronshaw is the new vice president of human resources and Diane Kerper is the new vice president of sales and marketing south region, all at Neal Communities. Brooks was director of sales north region. She created and leads Neal University and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing. Cronshaw was director of human resources and has worked as HR manager for various other organizations. She has the PHR and SHRM-CP designations. Kerper was director of sales and marketing south region and worked in various management positions including division president of a leading homebuilder in Florida.
Mary Lou Docksey is a new associate therapist at Envision Counseling Services. Docksey is a graduate of the University of South Florida and has expertise in mental health counseling and family counseling.
Gwen Leroy-Kelly joined Hive Architects Inc. as principal and partner. Leroy-Kelly previously worked as project manager at Sweet-Sparkman Architects.
J. Allison Archbold has been elected to serve a four-year term on the Cornell University Council. Archbold is a shareholder in the law firm of Fergeson, Skipper, Shaw, Keyser, Baron & Tirabassi, P.A. and has been a member of the Cornell Club of Sarasota-Manatee since 2008 and has served as its vice president and secretary. To qualify for council membership a candidate must have demonstrated leadership and involvement in Cornell activities for five or more years. Archbold is certified by the Florida Bar and obtained an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Prior to joining the law firm, she served as a U.S. Marine Corps judge advocate.
Dr. John R. Ayres is celebrating 26 years and Dr. Alan L. Valadie is celebrating 20 years with Coastal Orthopedics. Both Dr. Ayres and Dr. Valadie are orthopedic surgeons and both have served as board members for their company for several years. Dr. Valadie held the role of president.
Logan Clark has joined Keller Williams Realty Select as real estate agent. Logan is a graduate of Lakewood Ranch High School and is currently attending State College of Florida seeking a bachelor’s degree in business. He is a life-long baseball player.
Judy McCauley, Cindy and Mike Greco, Lynda Melnick, Gina and Peter Uliano, Becky Smith, Elfi Starrett, Dia Wilson, Tanya Stutzman, Kim Dowling and Chris Donatella received top listing honors, and Michelle Simmons, Cindy and Mike Greco, Lynda Melnick, Sherry Flathman, Teresia Bradford, Karen Day Fineout, Maria and Richard Balaz, Kim Dowling, Chris Donatella, and David Fletcher and Duane Henderson received tops in sales honors for the month of July at Wagner Realty.
