Always be open to new ideas.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

It would probably be anything that involves food. What can I say. I just love food.

What is the biggest risk you've taken in your career?

Putting 10 years of my family's investment in the restaurant's current location.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you start?

Starting in Hawaii, because I am intrigued by their culture, and then I would work my way to the rest of the world.
