What was the best business advice you ever received?

The customer is always right. When I worked for Disney they emphasized understanding, to have empathy with the customer and see every situation through the customer's eyes.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

Medical doctor. I am always looking to assist people in any way I can. It would be an avenue to really help people in their time of need.

What is the biggest risk you've taken in your career?

I took leave of absence from Disney to travel to Pennsylvania, where I would be in charge of turning a piece of farm land into a golf complex. It was a success. It hosted the senior PGA tour championship there.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you start?

Australia, because of the beaches and the watersports. I'd be surfing, swimming, fishing, boating and maybe diving.
