John Ferraro is the new manager of technical training and safety at Cool, Energy and Plumbing Today. He will be in charge of the development of technical training systems. Ferraro was a former instructor at Manatee Technical Institute and has a degree in technical education for industrial arts.
Karrie Heberle is the new accounting manager at Ad-Vance Talent Solutions. She was the human resources and office manager for iBridge Solutions LLC. She received a business administration/accounting degree from East Central College in Union, Mo.
Elizabeth Rabbitt Stephen has joined Allegiant Private Advisors as its wealth adviser. Rabbitt Stephen is a certified financial planner professional and completed two years of study at the Florida Graduate Trust School. She was previously employed by SunTrust Private Wealth Management and Wells Fargo/Legacy Wachovia Bank. Rabbitt Stephen received her bachelor of science in Family Financial Management from Ohio State University.
Christina Unkel of Maglio, Christopher and Toale in Sarasota was selected as a 2016-17 Academy Fellow, Class IV of The Florida Bar Wm. Reece Smith Jr. Leadership Academy. The academy's mission is to develop leadership within the Bar and the legal community.

Andreas School of Law, Barry University in Orlando. She serves on the board of the Sarasota Orchestra and is active in the Sarasota County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division. Kimberly Lege has joined Keller Williams Realty Select as a real estate broker and Lynda Ellinger has joined the organization as a real estate agent. Lege attended Sante Fe College in Gainesville and Ellinger completed a bachelor of arts degree at the University of South Florida.
