Elizabeth Greene of Kerkering, Barberio & Co., Certified Public Accountants has passed the exam to obtain the designation of certified public accountant. Greene earned her bachelor's degree in accounting and management from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee. Her primary areas of practice are individual and business taxation with a focus in real estate and construction.

Carla Wright, Michelle Jones, Paul Spenceley and Annette Colabella have recently joined RoseBay International. Wright has a sales and management background and is co-founder of Reflectx Staffing, a national healthcare staffing firm. She is working from the Sarasota Southside Village Office with The Leduc Team. Jones has been a Manatee County resident for 25 years. She has been an active investor in the real estate market for 15 years and is based in the West Bradenton office. Spenceley has 25 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, and training. He is working in the West Bradenton office as a property manager and sales associate.

Colabella joined the property management team in the Rosemary District office. She comes to RoseBay with 19 years of property management experience in Sarasota was a partner at a title insurance agency.

Richard Freeman has joined Sato Real Estate as a residential sales agent. Freeman has more than 25 years of listing and selling properties on Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Manatee and Sarasota counties.

University Park Country Club recently named Kathleen Bischoff to the newly created position of banquet manager. Bischoff will be responsible for managing the country club's business, social, special occasion and wedding events. Bischoff returns to Sarasota from San Antonio, Texas, where she served as director of banquets for La Cantera Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, she helped launch the resort's $100 million transformation and managed a team of more than 200 associates. Bischoff also held catering and banquet manager positions at Las Vegas' Stations Casino and the Renaissance Hotel and in Sarasota as banquet captain for Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. and food and beverage manager at the Hyatt Regency. A graduate of St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, Ind., Bischoff holds a bachelor's degree in political science.

Andrew Moulton, spine surgeon at Sarasota Orthopedic Associates, recently returned from a weeklong mission to perform spinal surgeries on children in the Dominican Republic. Moulton, co-founder and president of the Butterfly Foundation, travels several times each year with his team to perform spinal surgeries and instruct spine surgeons in developing countries. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese, allowing him to communicate directly with children and their families on his missions.
