Cheryl Komarov has been named administrator for A Life at Home-Home Health Care. Komarov, a registered nurse, has been involved locally in the health care field since 1983, most recently as supervising register nurse with A Life at Home.
Dale Perrault has joined Keller Williams Realty Select as a real estate agent. Perrault has worked in strategic business development and marketing for several franchises at which he directed major sponsorship and other partnering initiatives. He recently moved to the Sarasota area from Los Angeles. Perrault is an active board member for several nonprofit groups in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. He holds a bachelor's degree from Florida Christian University and a master's of business degree in marketing from University of California, Berkeley.
James Foster has joined Keller Williams Realty Select as a real estate agent. Foster graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in music business in 2008, and started a career in sales after moving back to his hometown in Villanova, Pa. In fall 2014, James and his wife moved to Bradenton.
Vanessa Ladzinski has joined Keller Williams Realty Select as a real estate broker associate. Ladzinski has a background in property management. She received her Florida real estate broker's license and community association manager license in 1998. Before joining Keller Williams she was the broker for a real estate company on Siesta Key.
JoAnne Zimmerman has joined Keller Williams Realty Select as a real estate agent. Zimmerman moved to Florida's West Coast in 1983 and is a longtime resident of Manatee County. She is a veteran real estate agent, having started her career in March 2003 with Wagner Realty. She turned to real estate with a strong administrative and finan
cial background after having spent the prior 15 years working with Dean Witter Reynolds and Raymond James & Associates.
Marlene Vidal has joined Keller Williams Realty Select as a real estate agent. Vidal is a licensed attorney and a Desert Storm military veteran. She is the mother of three schoolage children. She and her family moved to Florida two years ago from Arizona.
John Banks Jr. will serve as a senior project manager for Jones Edmunds & Associates Inc., Sarasota office. He will lead solid waste and utilities efforts in southwest Florida. Banks previously served as assistant wastewater division Manager for Manatee County's Public Utilities Department and as county solid waste division manager.
Selah Freedom has appointed state Rep. Ray Pilon, R-Sarasota, chairman of its board of directors. Selah Freedom has operated under an elected board since it started in 2012. Pilon has been its lead champion. As Selah Freedom becomes a statewide leader in the movement to rescue and restore survivors of sex trafficking, Pilon has led the charge at the state's capital.
