What was the best business advice you ever received?

Be true to who you are, be authentic.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

A pilot. I love travel and what a great view of the world would I have from that captain's seat.

What is the biggest risk you've taken in your career?

I quit a very good job with the Ritz Carlton to pursue this passion to teach manners and customer service. As much as I enjoyed working for the Ritz Carlton I went on to pursue my dream to have my own business.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you start?

I've never been to Australia, so that part of the world is definitely on my radar. Then Tahiti, Bora Bora and on from there.
