What was the best business advice you ever received?

It was more like a life advice from a previous mentor, the sky's the limit, whatever you want to make out of it you can do it, it's all in your power.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

I love what I'm doing. I have a passion for clean and I am quite content with what I am doing and am very gratified.

What is the biggest risk you've taken in your career?

We had a fire in our store and it burned down to the ground. The biggest challenge was opening this new location in Lakewood Ranch within two weeks after that fire. And not to lose the customer base, going to Best Buy and purchasing residential washing machines to keep the business going. We did not lose one account.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you start?

Alaska, China and then Egypt. I already visited Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, and South Pacific but I have yet to see Alaska.
