Steve Buonanno has joined the Bradenton office of Coastline West Realty of Florida as a sales associate. Buonanno has been involved in real estate finance for more than 30 years, and has worked for several global firms, including: Prudential, Barclays Bank, National City and Bear Stearns.

He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a bachelor's degree in business administration and earned his master's degree in finance, specializing in real estate finance, from the University of Baltimore.

Robert Ritzenthaler, staff accountant at Shinn & Co, has passed all four parts of the examination to become a certified public accountant. Ritzenthaler is a graduate of Liberty University and received his master's degree in accounting from the University of South Florida. He joined Shinn & Co. in 2014.

Barbara Williams has joined the RE/MAX Alliance Group in the Sarasota office as a real estate agent. A Sarasota resident for more than 20 years, Williams has knowledge of the market. A native of Spartanburg, S.C., Williams has a background in nursing.

Goodwill Manasota has recently hired Shea Hairston as director of logistics and transportation. Hairston brings four years of experience as a team leader coach with the Memphis Goodwill; his work has included the areas of transportation, donation center operations and post-retail operations. In his new role, Hairston will oversee the transportation department, including the fleet moving product throughout the network of retail stores and donation centers, the home services department, which picks up donations at homes, as well as salvage operations. Hairston worked for Goodwill's North Mississippi territory while it was under a leasing agreement with Goodwill Manasota.

Kindsey Petecost will become vice president of operations for Selah Freedom. She is the former director of outreach and the law enforcement liaison. She received her master's degree in criminal justice from Grand Valley State University. She has been certified with the Florida Crime Prevention Training Institute for human trafficking and partners with the Sarasota and Bradenton police departments, Sarasota County and Manatee County sheriff's office as the first point of contact for women identified as sex trafficking victims. Petecost will continue as Selah liaison to law enforcement.
