What was the best business advice you ever received?

Never give up. And that's true as when we are going through a super busy time we realize that we did the right thing but when we're going through a not so busy we wonder if we did the right thing. But we never give up.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

Event planning, That was my background before I started to bake.

What is the biggest risk you've taken in your career?

Leaving my full time job to make this bakery go full time and follow the American dream. And as we follow the Cottage Law and can't publish our address, the public can find us online at uggsbakery.com.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you start?

Europe -- my husband/co-owner travels to Europe a lot, I'd be joining him and experience the food and culture.
