New restaurants and other businesses announced for Manatee County shopping center
Multiple new tenants have been announced for the Market Walk at North River Ranch.
The shopping center, 11695 Moccasin Wallow Road, Parrish, is anchored by a Publix grocery store. The Florida-based grocery chain opened in March. A Foxtail Coffee Co. shop was announced for the center in September.
According to a news release, the newly announced tenants include:
- F45 Fitness
- Papa John’s Pizza
- Yan Kitchen Asian
- Earthwise Pet
- Ann Spa Nails
- Massage Luxe
- UPS
- Market Walk Dental
- Fifth Third Bank
The new tenants will begin opening their doors as soon as this fall, according to a news release.
Neal Land & Neighborhoods, a local land developer behind the retail center and nearby North River Ranch, which boasts more than 1,000 homes, said in a news release that a fine Italian restaurant and other stores are to be announced at a later date.
“Market Walk is a key component of the lifestyle being cultivated at North River Ranch, including the thoughtful design that encourages pedestrian access and connectivity,” said John Neal, president of Neal Land & Neighborhoods.
