The 191-unit Arbor Oaks of Bradenton at 5400 26th St. W. is the latest of several local apartment complexes that investors have snapped up this year.

Sanctuary Residential Investor LLC of Las Vegas sold Arbor Oaks to AO Bradenton Partners Owner LLC of Greenville, S.C., for $19.8 million, according to public records released by the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office.

Arbor Oaks is located on 27 acres west of Saddle Creek Plaza shopping center and east of Bayshore High School.

Four different floor plans are offered at Arbor Oaks, ranging in size from a studio to a two-bedroom apartment. Each home has a private lanai, central air conditioning and heating, and faux wood flooring. Some plans have walk-in closets and a washer and dryer, according to the apartment website.

Amenities include two swimming pools, a tennis court and a fitness center. Arbor Oaks is a pet-friendly community.
