Bradenton’s newest microbrewery set to debut
The Bradenton brewery scene is ready to welcome a new addition.
Months in the making, the Good Liquid Brewing Co. will hold its grand opening celebration from noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday in the Fountains Plaza on 14th Street West.
Co-owners Mike and Sandra Krail recently relocated to Manatee County after Mike was a partner in developing Legal Remedy Brewing in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Mike Krail told the Bradenton Herald in the summer that, after 20 years of brewing on and off at home, he decided to go to school for it at the American Brewers Guild.
Sandra Krail used to be a nurse and employs her experience in the Good Liquid lab, where she will develop beer flavors.
Now, after Mike Krail estimated he brewed more than 80 different beers during his two years with Legal Remedy, the husband-and-wife tandem are ready to introduce their style to the Bradenton area.
Located at 4824 14th St. W., the craft microbrewery will feature 30 taps – 20 in-house beers, six Italian wines and four ciders, Krail said.
Beers range from Blonde Ales, IPA’s and Milk Stouts to specialty beers such as a Raspberry Jalapeno Cream Ale and a Blonde Milk Stout.
Good Liquid Brewing Co. features a 3,500-square-foot tap room and a large outdoor beer garden.
Hours of operation will be 2-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, noon-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday and noon-8 p.m. Sunday.
