Names and faces in Manatee and Sarasota counties

Tarnisha L. Cliatt was appointed to the board of directors at the National Black Chamber of Commerce. Cliatt is the president and CEO of the Manatee Black Chamber of Commerce.

Bill Kipp joined A Paradise Land Company as a real estate agent. He specializes in the sale of farm and development lands.

Marie Chaleman, Juan Jaimes, Joseph Riggio, Ivy Neyedly, Jacob Truong, Tracy LeClair and Michael Jarrett have joined Keller Williams Realty Select as real estate agents. Chaleman has a nursing and cosmetology background. Jaimes was a private real estate investor and served in the U.S. Marine Corps and law enforcement. Riggio’s background is in graphic design and marketing. Neyedly has a background in customer service. Truong worked previously in residential rehabilitation, is a graduate of Braden River High School and attended the Univeristy of South Florida. LeClair graduated from Florida Southern College in Lakeland with a degree in business management and human resources. Jarrett was an operations and client services executive in health care information technology and is an investor in the local real estate market.
