Jimmy Buffett-style community headed to Perico Island

Canadian home builder Minto Communities and Margaritaville Holdings announced the development of a Jimmy Buffett-style community that will feature 132 residences and a new marina at the Harbour Isle development on Anna Maria Sound.

The One Particular Harbour residences will be located in Marina Walk, the third neighborhood in Harbour Isle, and range from 1,483 to 1,650 square feet. They will be priced from the high 400,000s.

The One Particular Harbour marina will include 55 wet slips and 128 dry slips, and up to 30,000 square feet of commercial space with restaurants, entertainment and shops. Construction on the marina is slated for completion in spring 2018.
