Echo Lake, 360-unit apartment complex, opens at Lakewood Ranch

Echo Lake at Lakewood Ranch, a 360-unit apartment complex located on 41 acres at 11502 Echo Lake Circle, Lakewood Ranch, is now open.

Zilber Ltd., the parent company of Homes by Towne, describes Echo Lake as taking a holistic approach to apartment living with bountiful open space and all buildings surrounding a 6-acre lake, providing easy access to the half-mile walking/running path that encircles the lake.

Construction started on Jan. 1, 2016, and the community welcomed its first residents in September. Echo Lake features high-quality interior finishes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood flooring. Community amenities include a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with TVs, ping pong table, poker table, foosball table, pool table, and free coffee, hot chocolate and tea; a kitchen area with refrigerator and computer equipment, a screened-in summer kitchen with large gas grill; a 2,500-square-foot zero-entry saltwater pool with water-safe lounge chairs; and a pool deck with two fire pits, covered seating areas and pavilion area.

Echo Lake also inlcudes a 2,300-square-foot fully-equipped fitness center.

Under construction is a 3.3-acre green space area – separate from the clubhouse and pool amenity area – that will have two dog parks and a pet washing area, sand volleyball court, two bocce ball courts, garden plots for residents to grow flowers or vegetables, grills, a covered seating area and a fire pit.
