CareerSource Suncoast hosts hiring events for toll collectors, MTC, collection specialists

CareerSource Suncoast, together with Faneuil, Inc., will host a hiring event for toll collectors on the Sunshine Skyway bridge from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursday at its Bradenton career center, located at 1112 Manatee Ave. E.

Interested candidates must register and add a resume to employflorida.com before attending the event. No appointment is needed, but a resume must be sent in advance to julian.gayle@faneuil.com.

▪ Manatee Technical College will hold its third annual career and hiring fest from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday in partnership with CareerSource Suncoast.

The event, which will feature more than 40 companies and showcase more than 20 MTC programs, is designed to help people find jobs and learn about educational opportunities.

▪ CareerSource Suncoast will team with Gulf Coast Collection Bureau for a hiring event from 12:30-4:30 p.m. on Monday at the CareerSource Suncoast Sarasota Career Center, 3660 N. Washington Blvd.

Gulf Coast Collection Bureau is hiring collection specialists with pay starting between $12-$14 hour plus commissions plan. No appointment is needed, but a resume must be sent in advance to kimberly@gulfcoastcollection.com.
