Coffee shop with 20,000 flavor combinations adding new Manatee County store
An Arkansas-based coffee chain specializing in more than 20,000 flavor combinations is planning further expansion in Manatee County.
7 Brew, a drive-thru coffee stand, filed site plans with Manatee County Development Services for a 540-square-foot coffee shop at 7725 Moccasin Wallow Road in the Palmetto-Parrish area.
The project is located within the Seaire commercial space east of Interstate 75. Tampa-based developer Metro Development Group’s Seaire community has nearly 3,200 homes with a 4.5-acre man-made lagoon and two commercial areas straddling Carter Road on Moccasin Wallow Road’s south side.
The 7 Brew coffee stand, which features a double drive-thru and no indoor seating, would sit along Parrish Bay Drive and Moccasin Wallow Road, according to building records.

7 Brew builds its coffee stands in a warehouse before loading them onto a truck and dropping them in place via a crane.
Parking, pavement, plumbing and electrical are developed around the site after the pre-built stand is delivered.
Construction is projected to start in September and wrap up in December, according to building records.
The new stand would mark the company’s fourth for Manatee County.
The other locations are :
- 685 Cortez Road W., Bradenton
- 5787 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton
- 14511 S.R. 70 E., Bradenton
7 Brew’s expansive menu features thousands of customizable drink options, including its seven original flavors. The Blondie, a caramel and vanilla breve, is the most popular, a 7 Brew spokesperson previously told the Bradenton Herald.
A breve is an espresso-based coffee using half-and-half instead of milk. The menu also features energy drinks, smoothies, shakes and teas.
