Company with pre-built coffee stands eyes Manatee County expansion. Here’s where
7 Brew recently filed paperwork with Manatee County Development Services to bring its drive-thru coffee stand to Parrish.
The Arkansas-based company, which delivers a pre-built coffee stand made in its warehouse, plans to drop one at 9650 Parrish Bay Dr. on the south side of Moccasin Wallow Road and west of Carter Road in the Seaire commercial development.
Seaire is a 3,195-home community featuring a 4.5-acre manmade lagoon, the Bradenton Herald previously reported.
7 Brew is known for its customizable drink options that produce more than 20,000 flavor combinations.
However, the coffee stand sells its seven original flavors as follows:
- Blondie: Caramel and vanilla breve
- Brunette: Hazelnut and caramel mocha
- Smooth 7: White chocolate and Irish cream breve
- Cinnamon roll: White chocolate and brown sugar cinnamon
- White chocolate mocha: White and milk chocolate mocha
- German chocolate: Coconut and caramel mocha
- Sweet & Salty: Salted caramel and white chocolate breve
There’s also the Triple 7, which includes six espresso shots to an original.
In addition to the original flavors, 7 Brew features a variety of iced, hot and chilled coffees such as cold brew, matcha latte, mocha, latte, caramel macchiato and more.
The company offers energy drinks, smoothies, shakes and teas, too.
How many locations are in Manatee County?
Founded in Rogers, Arkansas in 2017, 7 Brew has locations or has plans for stands in 38 states.
That includes 45 coffee stands in Florida, with one open at 14511 State Road 70 East in Bradenton.
The company has two Bradenton stores that have yet to open. They are at 685 Cortez Road W. and 5805 Manatee Ave. W.
In June, 7 Brew dropped its modular, pre-built coffee stand at a shopping plaza on Cortez Road West that is home to Bradenton Furniture Outlet, Cody’s Original Roadhouse, LA Fitness and Starbucks.
That shop was originally slated to open by July, a 7 Brew spokesperson told the Herald.
The company has not announced an updated opening date.
Each 7 Brew has a drive-thru as well as a walk-up window, a company spokesperson previously said. The coffee stand does not have any inside seating, but a picnic table is usually provided outside, the spokesperson previously said.
