Another new Chipotle restaurant planned for Manatee County. Here’s where
A new Chipotle Mexican Grill is planned for Bradenton, according to Manatee County planning records.
The popular fast-casual chain applied to redevelop an abandoned car wash at 3270 53rd Ave. E., Bradenton, into a 2,235-square-foot restaurant.
It will be Chipotle’s third Bradenton location offering lunch and dinner, including the restaurant’s iconic build-your-own burritos and burrito bowls, chips and queso.
Boing U.S. Holdco Inc., a division of Driven Brands, is the owner of the property. The company is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, according to SunBiz records.
When will new Bradenton Chipotle begin construction?
Manatee County records indicate construction for the new Chipotle would start in the third or fourth quarter of 2025.
The company’s second Bradenton restaurant opened in November at 5002 Cortez Road W., Bradenton. It joins three other Chipotle locations in Manatee County:
1608 Cortez Road W., Bradenton
- 11715 S.R. 70 E., Lakewood Ranch
6020 U.S. 301, Ellenton
Chipotle started in 1993. Steve Ells founded the restaurant chain, which is headquartered in Newport Beach, California, and opened the first one in Denver, Colorado, according to a Rocky Mountain News article.
