Shotgun-wielding teens rob man outside Bradenton bar

MANATEE — Shotgun-wielding robbers stole $300 from a man outside a Bradenton bar early this morning, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

The 26-year-old victim was standing on the southside of the El Paisano bar, 5803 15th St. E., about 12:05 a.m. when he was approached by three or four teenagers, including two carrying shotguns. They ordered him to the ground and ordered him to look at them, according to the news released.

When he turned to say something, one of the assailants struck him on the right side of the head with a shotgun. They then took $300 and fled in an unknown vehicle.
