The teen is 17-year-old Keishan Ross, an intellectually-impaired youth who is locked in a legal limbo with few options on where he can go. Nearly three weeks following the tour, Keishan is still being held at the detention center.

    Police are searching two burglars seen in this home surveillance video ransacking a home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As the suspects are busy searching the home a small dog is heard barking in the background. One of the men picks up an object and hurls it at the dog. They then made with several items including a television and gaming console.
