Marauders fall to Jays
The Bradenton Marauders (22-21) dropped the fourth and final game of their series with the Dunedin Blue Jays (19-26) by a final score of 6-2.
The Marauders outhit the Blue Jays 11-10, but they were 0-for-5 with runners in scoring position and left 15 runners on base.
Dunedin’s Jason Leblebijian went 4-for-5 with a solo home run, two RBI’s, and two runs scored.
Marauders catcher Taylor Gushue (3-for-4, HR) answered back with a solo home run in the sixth inning.
Austin Coley (6-3) started for the Marauders and went 6.1 innings giving up 6 hits, 3 runs (2 earned), and a walk while striking out 4.
