Bradenton Mauraders announce coaching staff
The Bradenton Marauders announced their 2016 coaching staff on Tuesday.
Pittsburgh Pirates Director of Minor League Operations Larry Broadway tapped Michael Ryan as the club's manager. Ryan is returning for his second year as the Marauders' manager.
Bradenton, the advanced-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, went 74-64 overall under Ryan, who will enter his fourth season as a manager in the Pirates' minor league system. He has a 210-203 career record. The 2016 season will be Bradenton's seventh and Ryan is the team's fifth manager.
In addition to Ryan, the Marauders announced the other coaching staff members for 2016. They are Jeff Johnson (pitching coach) and Keoni De Renne (hitting coach).
