Marauders rained out for second straight day
For the second straight day, weather did not allow the Bradenton Marauders to take the field.
Monday’s doubleheader between the Marauders and the Lakeland Flying Tigers was postponed because of rain. The teams will try again Tuesday with a doubleheader scheduled for 3:30 p.m., but the schedule doesn’t look good, with a 90 percent chance of rain in the forecast.
Both games of the doubleheader are scheduled for seven innings, and there will be an hour in between games.
According to a Bradenton Marauders post on Facebook, fans who had tickets to Sunday’s or Monday’s postponed games can exchange them at the box office for tickets to any future 2017 game.
