The scoop: Braden River is going for its 21st straight regular season win and fourth straight against Bayshore. Raymond Thomas will return for his first meaningful game since tearing his anterior cruciate ligament in October. Before the injury the running back ran for 794 yards and 15 touchdowns on 95 carries, an average of 8.4 yards per touch. BRHS beat the Bruins, 42-0, last year and bring back most of the defense, including defensive backs Tyrone Collins and Demetrius Lawson, who each intercepted seven passes last regular season. New BHS head coach John Biezuns will also make his official debut on the sideline after being hired in March.

Prediction: Braden River 31, Bayshore 0
