The Southeast girls basketball team improved to 3-0 with a 73-12 rout Monday evening of the visiting Arcadia DeSoto Bulldogs.

Shauntavia Green led the Seminoles with 19 points, and Southeast had three players with a dozen points apiece -- Breyonna Reed, Jazzmen White and Faith Mays.

In the junior varsity contest, the Seminoles (3-0) won 45-11.

BRADENTON CHRISTIAN 41, ST. PETERSBURG ADMIRAL FARRAGUT 21 -- Amy Van Ryn scored 12 points and had five steals, and Jessica Jackson added 10 points and five rebounds to lead the Panthers (2-0) over the host BlueJackets.

LAKEWOOD RANCH 71, NORTH PORT 35 -- Aleah Robinson scored 17 points, Kailyn Scully added 16, and the visiting Mustangs beat the Bobcats. India Searles added 11 points, and Sarah Fazio had 10 for the Mustangs.

SARASOTA MILITARY ACADEMY 57, OUT-OF-DOOR ACADEMY 22 -- The visiting Eagles defeated the Thunder.

Boys basketball

SARASOTA 47, SAINT STEPHEN'S 36 -- The visiting Falcons fell to the Sailors. Jacob Westberry led Saint Stephen's with 12 points.

OUT-OF-DOOR ACADEMY 66, SARASOTA MILITARY ACADEMY 48 -- The host Thunder defeated the Blazers.

Boys soccer

TAMPA PREP 4, OUT-OF-DOOR ACADEMY 2 -- Agustin Guilitieri put the visiting Thunder on the board first, scoring off an assist from Trevor Gorji in the first five minutes of the game. Tampa Prep tied the game up at the 11-minute mark. Again Agustin put ODA ahead with another goal, this time assisted by Trevor Barron. ODA had the lead, 2-1, at halftime. Despite a strong showing by the defense ODA gave up three goals to the Terrapins in the second half. Matteo Romano had nine saves in goal for ODA.

SAINT STEPHEN'S 8, SARASOTA CHRISTIAN 0 -- Alex Vergilio had three goals and an assist to lead the Falcons (2-0) over the visiting Blazers.

Jon Boyd booted two goals and added two assists in the victory. Also contributing to the offensive attack were Ben Whorf (goal, two assists), Williem Vacek (goal, assist), Devid Eisenman (goal), Noah LaBelle (assist) and Trevor Mulqueen (assist).

Girls soccer

BRADENTON CHRISTIAN 4, WAUCHULA HARDEE 1 -- Maddy Jackson and Maddy Allen each had two goals and two assists as the visiting Panthers traveled to beat the Wildcats.

Goalkeeper Rayna Smith has nine saves as the Panthers improved their record to 5-1.

Adrianna Hadden and McKenna Jackson each had an assist.

MANATEE 8, PALMETTO 0 -- The Hurricanes continued to dominate and improved their record to 5-0-1 with a shutout of the visiting Tigers.

The Hurricanes got two goals each from Brianna Blethen and Jessica Shaffer. Blethen also had two assists. Clarissa Palmer, Sydney Cornell, Maia Krebser and Kylie Ameres each added a goal for Manatee.
