The Bradenton Herald Blitz

High school football began the regular 2015 season last week, which means it’s time for a new feature at Bradenton.com — and that is the new Bradenton Herald Blitz.

The Blitz is a weekly video show (the video included here) giving you a quick-hitting look on the upcoming games in the area each Friday.

Herald sports reporters Jason Dill and David Wilson highlight three all-county matchups this week and offer their picks for who will win. Stay tuned to the end of the video for information on the Herald’s weekly picks contest in which you, the fan, will have the chance to beat the Herald sports staff each week during the high school football season.

More on that will be seen here on Bradenton.com and the Herald’s Varsity 24/7 app found at the Google Play store (Android) and the App Store (iPhone/iPad).
