BCS girls basketball picks up first win at Turkey Shootout

Bailey Sikkema had 26 points and eight rebounds Friday and the Bradenton Christian girls basketball team defeated Sarasota Riverview 56-41 in the Turkey Shootout at Sarasota High.

Amy Van Ryn contributed 10 points and 13 rebounds for BCS (1-2). Riverview (1-2) was led by Lindsay Edwards’ 18 points.
