Lakewood Ranch girls soccer team suffers first loss

Tampa Berkeley Prep on Monday handed the Lakewood Ranch girls soccer team its first defeat of the season.

Hajar Benjoud scored the lone goal for the host Mustangs in the 2-1 loss to the Buccaneers.

Lakewood Ranch (1-1-2) faces Riverview at 7 p.m. on Nov. 28.
