Manatee girls win soccer season opener over Braden River

The Manatee Hurricanes defeated the Braden River Pirates 1-0 Monday in their season-opening girls soccer match.

Molly Setsma scored the game’s lone goal for the host Canes.

Emma Moneuse had six saves in goal to earn the shutout.
