Prep roundup: Braden River girls soccer team wins Pre Season Classic game

Braden River opened the 2017-18 campaign with a 5-1 victory over Bloomingdale in a Pre Season Classic match Tuesday.

Kennedy McNab scored twice for the Pirates, who also got one goal each from Alexis Madrid, Isabelle Vasquez and Allison Whitehead.

It was Whitehead’s first high school goal, and she also had an assist along with McNab and Savanah DeCastro.

Braden River will face Steinbrenner on Thursday night.
