Prep roundup: Braden River volleyball team defeats Bayshore

Lea Beukema had 13 kills, 11 digs and eight aces to lead Braden River to a 25-19, 25-15, 25-13 victory against Bayshore on Wednesday.

Samantha Drouin also had 22 assists and 6 digs for the Pirates, who are scheduled to play at Sarasota on Tuesday.

Top players for the Bruins (3-4) included Ky Parsley (5 kills, 4 aces) and Hannah Crum (3 assists).

Bayshore’s next match, which was scheduled for Thursday, has been cancelled.
