Judy, Waters win 2-man tourney

Tim Judy and Phil Waters fired a combined 18-under par with rounds of 61-65 to win the championship flight of the 2016 North/South City 2-Man Championship over the weekend at River Run Golf Links.

The team of David Perna and Josh Perna took second with a 132, six shots off the pace.

Tyler Redmond and Chad Stancil took third with a 135.

In the Super Senior division, Mike LaBue and Jim Pfrogner won in a playoff over Paul Kirby and Bill Soucie with a 12-under par 132.

Wayne Anderson and James Dougherty won the first flight with a 139, followed by Mark Curran and Dan Smith with a 144.

In the second flight, Shane Fairchild and Patrick Shea edged Craig Cofey and Mike Samborski 148 to 149.
